This relaxed, social class explores the bold flavours and simple ingredients of classic Spanish tapas, adapted for cooking over the BBQ. Guests will prepare a variety of traditional small plates while learning grilling techniques, flavour combinations and serving ideas inspired by Spanish outdoor cooking.

During the class, participants will make dishes including:

• Gambas al Ajillo
• Albondigas
• Padrón Peppers
• Chorizo & Prawn Pinchos
• Selection of Spanish cured meats
